1. Provision of Services

EmpowerEd Consultancy provides independent specialist advice and advocacy related to Special Educational Needs (SEN). Our services include EHCP advocacy, professional training, and institutional audits. We operate as an independent consultancy and are not affiliated with any local authority or government agency.

2. Professional Integrity

All advice given is based on contemporary UK legislation, including the Children and Families Act 2014 and the SEND Code of Practice 2015. While we strive for positive outcomes, EmpowerEd does not guarantee specific results from appeals or tribunal proceedings.

3. Client Accountability

The effectiveness of our consultancy is dependent upon the provision of accurate, complete, and timely information by the client. Failure to disclose relevant documentation may impact the quality of advocacy provided.

4. Limitation of Liability

Our liability to you for any loss or damage is limited to the total fees paid by you for the specific service from which the liability arises. We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential losses.

5. Governing Law

These terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
